the secret is in the touching
Sometimes if we overly care about something, we might treat it or touch it with hesitancy, or with caution. But ironically, it is the carefulness that predicates the 'not working' or rather not achieving the desired outcome or the repeat of painful experiences. There is a fear beneath the carefulness, that we might lose 'it' or break it, or ruin it. We take ourselves out of naturalness and out of the present moment. Maybe leaping too far ahead, trying to control the outcome, or revisitations of the past and attempting to avoid mimicking previous experiences that have resulted in hurt.
There has to be a shift instead towards believing that everything is working out beautifully, and that you can be authentic and be loved, and that the idea of perfection is typically misconstrued.
Perfection really means to be complete. And to be natural. Since everything is always incomplete and complete simultaneously. Anything, everything, can always be deconstructed, at any moment, and repurposed, reassembled, rebuilt. So you get to decide when something is 'complete.'
Until you redecide that it's the moment to become something new/old again.
Touch with decision, with clarity, with your innate boldness in every moment, and whatever you desire will become and come. If you touch it in this way and it leaves, then it was not supposed to stay anyway.
Love you.
